From sales to service, parts to administration, our team members are the lifeblood of the Triad Machinery family.Job Overview:Key support for Service ManagerProvide information on open service jobs for review by Service Manager daily Make corrections or add charges to open service jobs, as neededSubmit warranty information to Warranty Administrator for filing with manufacturerPrepare invoices and expense reports for Accounts PayableEnsure mechanic information, driving records, and CDL requirements are up to dateProcess mechanic timecards – verify hours, codes, and job descriptionSubmit final hours twice monthly to payroll departmentJob Qualifications:High school degree required; some college coursework preferredAbility to organize, multitask and complete work accurately while meeting deadlinesProficient use of computer systems- Accounting software, Microsoft Excel and WordExcellent communication skills and ability to work well with othersMechanical understanding a plusTRIAD MACHINERY offers a generous benefit package.
