Designee Program Management The Designee PPM is assigned a portion of the overall designee management program and serves as a technical expert in the development and execution of the Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA's) designee program. The Designee PPM is responsible for applying expert knowledge of and experience with Title 14 of the Code of Federal Regulations (14 CFR) for the development and implementation of management and oversight of general aviation designee operations.
