This is a hands-on role supporting the fabrication, repair, and maintenance of tooling used in high-precision manufacturing. Tool Makers will work in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment producing components for jet aircraft and industrial gas turbines.Pay & ScheduleStarting pay: $28.68/hourAfter 6 months: $31.86/hourShift premium: $1.00/hour for off shiftsShifts available:1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PMTraining: 1st shift (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM)Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate manual and CNC machines (mills, lathes, grinders)Fabricate, repair, and modify molds, dies, jigs, fixtures, and toolsRead blueprints, sketches, and work instructionsMeasure, inspect, and verify parts to tight tolerancesPerform layout work, machining, fitting, and assemblyCreate or modify CAD models and support CAM programmingRecord production and inspection data as requiredFollow all safety, quality, and attendance policiesWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
