This is stable, year-round work with predictable hours.ResponsibilitiesClean and prepare apartments according to our checklist Kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, trash removal Restocking supplies Reporting any damage or maintenance issues through our system Maintaining consistency and high standards RequirementsPrior cleaning experience preferred but not required Ability to work independently and follow instructions Reliable transportation to and from properties Ability to lift, bend, and move comfortably during the shift Dependable and punctual We Offer$18–$22/hr starting pay Stable, consistent hours bi-Weekly pay Supportive team and on-site training Opportunity for additional hours based on performance
