About the Role: We are seeking dedicated, dependable landscape laborers to work safely in the field. In this seasonal role, you will work alongside a professional crew to perform routine maintenance that keeps our clients' properties in top condition. Responsibilities Perform routine mowing, edging, and trimming of residential and commercial properties Prune shrubs and trees to maintain health and aesthetic appeal Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite Interact with teammates, clients, and the public in a friendly, professional manner Assist with seasonal color displays and planting as needed Follow all company safety protocols and wear assigned personal protective equipment (PPE) Requirements Ability to lift 50+ pounds Ability to perform physical work in various weather conditions and Experience safely operating landscaping machinery (e.g., zero-turn mowers) Strong work ethic and a commitment to quality and punctuality Reliable transportation to our Evanston facility Benefits Pay Range: Starting at $18/hour, based on experience.
