Cultivation Technician

Spark1 Bozeman, MT 59715 Spark1 is looking to add some dedicated players to our team in Bozeman! Experience is welcome, but not necessary - we'll teach you everything you need to know. Primary responsibilities include: Assisting with plant cultivation in indoor and greenhouse environments Following all state mandated regulations pertaining to the cultivation of cannabis Manicuring plants per the company's standard operating procedures Trellising Harvesting Repopulating grow rooms Transplanting Fertigation (checking pH and EC) Nursery care (clone, veg, mothers) Ability to spray pesticides and foliar applications Ensuring equipment is operating properly and bringing issues to management's attention Maintaining a clean and organized environment Disposing of cannabis waste and debris in compliance with state regulations Cleaning and sanitizing all rooms and tools Sweeping/mopping General facility cleaning Additional duties as assigned Qualifications: Possess some cannabis experience at minimum, preferably at large scale Must hold or obtain a Montana marijuana worker permit Ability to work individually and on a team Ability to effectively plan and prioritize Ability to maintain confidentiality Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Reliable transportation to and from the Bozeman facility Open and willing to help with other tasks as needed We offer group health insurance to all eligible, full time employees when an employee has been employed by Spark1 for 90 days. Two paid holidays including Christmas and Thanksgiving.
