A leading professional networking company seeks a Strategy & Operations Senior Associate to advise senior leaders on strategic and operational priorities, analyze business performance, drive planning processes, and develop data-driven recommendations.
Strategy & Operations Senior Associate Responsibilities:
Track Customer Success business performance and provide insights, recommendations, reports, dashboards, data checks, and maintenance to advise leadership and inform daily business decisions.
Lead operational processes including territory allocation, audits, reporting, and dashboard development, while managing and scaling operational and planning processes in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders.
Advise senior Customer Success leaders on growing and optimizing their businesses through data-driven, actionable recommendations aligned with long-term strategic priorities, including customer segmentation, headcount, financial, and territory planning.
Lead strategic planning and cross-functional projects that shape go-to-market initiatives, develop data-driven recommendations, and present insights and recommendations to executives and global sales operations partners.
Establish strong working relationships with peers across Sales Operations and cross-functional partners, including business operations, sales leadership, HR, finance, and systems teams, to achieve business objectives.
Strategy & Operations Senior Associate Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in sales operations, business operations, management consulting, investment banking, or an analytical/operational role.
4+ years of experience with Excel and SQL.
BA/BS degree in business, operations, analytics, or a related field.
Ability to leverage data, numbers, and insights to influence and drive sound decision-making.
Experience communicating with senior management, with strong project and time management, writing, and presentation skills.
Ability to build strong partnerships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
Experience with Tableau, SQL/Presto, or Power BI is preferred.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including expertise in data analysis and financial modeling, is preferred.
MA/MS/MBA degree in business or a related field is preferred.
Experience leveraging GitHub, Copilot, or other AI tools is preferred.
Shift
Hybrid: 3+ days per week, days flexible.
