Marahrens USA is seeking a candidate to join our dynamic team in our Miami Lakes office. The role includes preparing layouts for clients' review and preparing technical drawings. This person reports to the Head of Production and Vice President.ResponsibilitiesPrepare layouts for daily orders and projectsHelp with clarifying details and making sure all drawings are accurateCommunicate with sales/project team about client changesSend layouts to sales/project teamPrepare technical drawings with as build sign detailsPrepare production drawings for the production teamCommunicate progress with graphics design team and head of productionCandidate RequirementsMinimum of 1 year of work experience or equivalent degree in graphic designAbility to work in a small teamExcellent customer-oriented work ethicWork independently with a sense of responsibilityGood verbal and written communication in EnglishExcellent organizational skills and the ability to keep track of multiple tasks at a timeStress-resistantExperience with Illustrator and other programs such as CorelDraw or PhotoShopUnderstanding of color-compositions preferredExperience in sign design (not required but preferred)CreativityYou must be authorized to work in the United StatesMarahrens Group is a family-owned company that was founded in 1949 as an international sign manufacturer with its headquarters in Bremen, Germany.
