Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Litigation Associate, located in California, United States. The Litigation Associate will manage various aspects of the litigation process, including conducting thorough legal research, drafting and preparing motions, handling depositions, and representing clients in local, state, and federal courts. The role requires strong legal knowledge and excellent communication skills to achieve positive outcomes for clients. Qualifications Proficiency in Legal Practices, including foundational knowledge of law and litigation proceduresExperience in drafting and filing Motions and other legal documentsStrong Research skills to support case preparation and strategy developmentExpertise in conducting Depositions and analyzing deposition recordsFamiliarity with court procedures and experience representing clients in legal proceedingsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active bar admission in CaliforniaPrevious litigation experience is preferred
