This role focuses on building relationships with business clients and delivering customized solutions for office relocations, industrial moves, high-value equipment transportation, warehousing, and project logistics.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new commercial relocation and logistics opportunitiesBuild relationships with facility managers, project managers, and corporate decision-makersConduct site visits and consultations to understand customer needsPrepare estimates, proposals, and project scopes for commercial moving and logistics servicesCoordinate with operations and project management teams to ensure successful project executionMaintain long-term client relationships and identify additional service opportunitiesTrack sales activity and manage opportunities through CRM systemsQualificationsExperience in commercial relocation, logistics, transportation, or project-based salesStrong business development and relationship-building skillsAbility to manage a sales pipeline and close new business opportunitiesExcellent communication and negotiation skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently
