Join SpiTrex CTE. 2nd Shift: Monday to Thursday, 3PM - 1AMThis position in will need to be able to run a mill and/or swiss.Essential Functions:Select, install, and align tooling, fixtures, and workpieces for CNC machinesPerform machine setup, including zeroing axes, loading programs, and verifying parameters.Monitor machine operations during production runs and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and productivity.Troubleshoot machining issues, including tooling wear, offsets, and surface finish concerns.Follow established safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.Collaborate with Inspection, Leads and Off-shift PersonnelSupport process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce scrap, and improve quality.Ability to prioritize according to demandGood housekeepingConform to ISO13485, 21 CFR Part 820, and medical device industry requirementsOther work-related tasks as assignedCompetency: Must be able to read basic level blueprints featuresMust be able to use micrometers, dial calipers, and comparatorsBasic understanding of metrology reportingBasic math, calculation, and related skills neededAbility to comply with Quality System requirementsMust be respectful and display a positive attitudeEducational Requirements: High School Diploma or GED preferredExperience:Minimum 3 years of Medical Device experienceBenefits Include:Medical, Vision and Dental InsuranceShort-Term DisabilityLife Insurance401(k) - 50% company match (up to 10% contribution)Paid vacation daysPaid holidays
