Our single focus has been delivering cyber solutions to effectively manage risk & the business of cyber for 25 years!TDI is seeking Cloud Information System Security Engineers (ISSEs) to support the implementation of the NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF) and Security Assessment and Authorization (SAA) process in alignment with established cybersecurity standards. ISSEs will design, implement, and maintain secure information systems within government environments. Responsibilities include integrating cybersecurity controls into system architectures, supporting RMF and NIST compliance efforts, conducting vulnerability assessments, and developing security engineering solutions to safeguard sensitive data and critical infrastructure. These positions require an active Top-Secret clearance.We have multiple ISSE opportunities available across several locations, including the National Capital Region (NCR), Huntsville, AL, Clarksburg, WV, and Quantico, VA.RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead and mentor a team of security professionals supporting the full RMF lifecycle for federal IT systemsOversee system categorization, security control selection, implementation, assessment, authorization, and continuous monitoring activities in alignment with NIST RMF requirementsEnsure the effective implementation and validation of technical, operational, and management security controls across system lifecyclesPrepare and maintain risk management and authorization documentation to support compliance and executive decision-makingProvide cybersecurity subject-matter expertise in risk analysis, incident response, remediation, audit support, and continuous process improvementTrack and communicate security status, risks, and compliance metrics to leadership and stakeholders while promoting security awareness and best practicesQUALIFICATIONS:Active Top-Secret clearanceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field requiredMinimum of 10 years of experience in the secure design, analysis, testing, and implementation of information security systems and productsExtensive experience applying security standards, methodologies, and best practices to ensure baseline security controls are properly implemented and documentedProven experience developing and maintaining security test plans to identify, assess, and mitigate risks to information systemsCISSP or CEH certification requiredPREFERRED QUALFICATIONS: Cloud certificationTDI does business with the federal government, which restricts employment to individuals who are either US citizens or lawful permanent residents of the United States."TDI is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
