Senior Landman (hybrid)Walker Elliott is working with a global upstream energy company to add a Land & Commercial professional to their team supporting offshore assets in the Gulf of Mexico.This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role where you'll sit at the intersection of land, legal, and commercial—supporting everything from ongoing operations to strategic transactions.Exposure to offshore Gulf of Mexico assetsBlend of commercial, land, and transactional workOpportunity to work with international stakeholders and leadershipBroad scope across operations, contracts, and strategyRequirements:Manage and support contractual relationships tied to offshore exploration, production, and asset lifecycle activitiesReview and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including operating agreements, transportation, and marketing contractsSupport gas marketing efforts from a commercial and contractual perspectivePartner closely with legal, asset teams, and leadership to ensure alignment and executionPlay a role in acquisitions and divestitures, including due diligence and transaction supportHelp maintain accurate ownership records and corporate documentationQualifications:Degreed5+ years of experience in upstream energy (land or related function)Offshore, waters land workStrong ability to interpret contracts, title, and ownership structuresExperience working across teams and managing external relationshipsDetail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skillsDo not apply unless you are authorized to work in the United States for any employer as client company cannot sponsor or transfer visas at this time.Walker Elliott is an Equal Opportunity Employer.For additional information, please email your resume to resumes@walker-elliott.com or apply online.
