Assistant Floor Manager Location: Spring Lake, NJPosition Type: Full-Time / HourlyCompensation: Hourly + Paid Time Off + Growth Opportunities Position Overview We are seeking a hands-on, hospitality-driven Assistant Floor Manager to support daily front-of-house operations. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values team development, and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
