Maintenance Supervisor - St. Johns, Michigan6pm-6am (2-2-3 schedule)$80,000 - $100,000 + bonusWe’re hiring a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead equipment reliability and maintenance operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for planning and assigning all maintenance work — from daily PMs to annual rebuilds — while partnering with Production to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations.You’ll coach and develop Maintenance Technicians, strengthen preventative maintenance programs, manage SAP work orders, and drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on zero losses, safety, and food quality.
