Company Description BeHeard Movement is Oklahoma’s only mobile drop-in center serving individuals experiencing homelessness in Tulsa and Oklahoma City. Through our mobile units, we provide essential services including showers, laundry, clothing, haircuts, hygiene, mail services, and more all designed to restore dignity and meet immediate needs.Founded just five years ago, BeHeard has grown rapidly and now serves approximately 300 individuals per day across both cities. Our model is built on accessibility, consistency, and human connection meeting people where they are and creating pathways toward stability.As demand continues to increase, BeHeard is focused on strengthening its infrastructure, expanding services, and building a sustainable foundation to support long-term impact in the communities we serve. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Tulsa Metropolitan Area. The Grants Manager will oversee the end-to-end management of grant applications, including identifying funding opportunities, preparing proposals, and monitoring grant compliance. Key responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams to align proposals with organizational goals, maintaining grant records, and ensuring timely reporting to funders. The role also involves analyzing funding prospects, managing budgets associated with grants, and building relationships with funding organizations and stakeholders. Qualifications Proven experience in Grant Administration, including sourcing opportunities, preparing applications, and ensuring complianceStrong Analytical Skills for evaluating funding opportunities and managing budgets effectivelyProficiency in Proposal Writing and crafting comprehensive and compelling submissionsExcellent Communication skills to liaise with internal teams, stakeholders, and funding sourcesExperience in Program Management, including coordinating projects and delivering on timelinesStrong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesBachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, nonprofit management, or a related fieldFamiliarity with nonprofit operations and fundraising is a plus
