This is a long‐term W2 contract opportunity offering full benefits, stability, and the chance to work on some of the largest battery energy storage projects in the country.What You'll DoSupport the design and execution of utility‐scale BESS projects from early engineering through constructionEngineer and integrate major components including batteries, PCS, substations, and gen‐tie systemsReview designs, identify inconsistencies, and drive technical solutions that improve quality and constructabilityPartner closely with project managers, EPCs, and equipment suppliersSupport construction, commissioning, permitting, and safety compliance effortsTravel up to 25% to project sites as neededWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (ABET)5+ years of engineering experience in energy storage, substations, power generation, or similar large‐scale infrastructureKnowledge of BESS technologies, power electronics, and construction practicesFamiliarity with UL, NFPA, NEC, and energy storage safety standardsStrong communication skills and ability to work cross‐functionallyWhy This OpportunityLong‐term W2 contract with benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, holidays)Work on high‐visibility, utility‐scale projectsRemote flexibility with meaningful field exposureCareer‐defining experience with an industry‐leading energy organizationJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Juno Beach, FL.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $50.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
