Health stipend, PTO.About the RoleThis is a high-trust, high-volume transaction coordinator role for an established Eugene real estate professional doing significant volume. You will be the operational front door for every transaction — owning file creation, contract preparation, document routing, scheduling, deadline tracking, and all coordination with lenders, escrow, co-op agents, inspectors, and vendors. You will not be cold-calling, prospecting, or showing homes. You will be running deals.This is the right fit for someone who already loves transaction coordination, has done it for at least three years, and wants to be the person making sure nothing falls through the cracks. The agent loves negotiation, client relationships, and listing presentations — and wants to spend his time exclusively on those.
