The Operations Client Success Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our credit union clients by providing exceptional support and strategic guidance on our financial technology solutions. The Client Success Manager serves as the primary point of contact, helping clients to maximize the value of our products and services to achieve their goals. The Client Success Manager collaborates with credit unions strategically to build a strong rapport and to ensure a positive journey with the company. Essential Functions • Lead the onboarding process for new credit union clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition to our financial technology solutions by coordinating training, setting expectations, and providing resources for successful adoption. • Coordinate training sessions to provide ongoing education to clients on how to effectively use our products and services. • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders at credit unions, establishing trust as the main point of contact for ongoing support and strategic guidance. • Regularly check in with clients to identify potential issues, gather feedback, and provide proactive solutions to ensure clients achieve their desired outcomes and maximize the value of our products. • Act as the voice of the client within the company, relaying client feedback, needs, and providing suggestions to drive continuous improvement and innovation. • Monitor client usage and performance metrics to ensure clients are utilizing our solutions to effectively achieve their business goals. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization. • Address and resolve client issues promptly, coordinating with internal teams as needed. • Help clients maximize the value they receive from our solutions by identifying opportunities for optimization and additional features. • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build relationships, gather insights, and expand the network of potential clients and partners. • Develop and implement customized success plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. • Maintain a deep understanding of our financial technology solutions and stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to provide clients with expert guidance.
