Licensed Master Social Worker Location: Southgate, MI Agency: Patterns LLC Pay: $34 to $45 per hour Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 3 Years Start Date: ASAP About the Position As a Team Leader in the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Program , you will be responsible for the following: Provide comprehensive psycho-social assessment, treatment planning, therapy, community-based support and advocacy to adults with serious mental illness and their families. Work in collaboration with the ACT team and other community providers to facilitate the efficient and effective operation of the program and adherence to ACT fidelity standards. Assist with the orientation training of ACT team members and co-facilitate ACT team meetings. The Team Leader provides crisis intervention, on-call crisis coverage and clinical consultation to other on-call staff as needed. Requirements LMSW, LLP or LPC A minimum of two (2) years of experience treating adults with mental health and/or substance use disorders. - Required.
