Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition, you will drive hiring outcomes that enable business growth, operational excellence, and workforce transformation.Leadership & StrategyDevelop and execute the Talent Acquisition strategy for the Americas & EMEA region aligned with global TA priorities and enterprise objectivesLead, coach, and scale a high-performing team of TA leaders and recruiters across multiple countriesPartner with senior HR and business leaders to forecast workforce needs and build proactive talent pipelinesServe as a key advisor on labor market trends, talent availability, and strategic workforce planningOperational ExcellenceOversee end-to-end recruiting delivery across professional, manufacturing, executive, and university hiringDrive consistency, efficiency, and quality across recruiting processes, ensuring alignment with Seagate policies and governanceLeverage data and analytics to monitor performance (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire, funnel health) and continuously improve outcomesEnsure compliance with global and regional hiring regulations, including internal mobility, approvals, and requisition processes Transformation & InnovationLead adoption of new TA technologies, tools, and AI-driven capabilities to enhance recruiting effectivenessDrive standardization and continuous improvement of TA processes in support of global HR transformation initiativesPartner with HR Technology, Total Rewards, and HRBP teams to support job architecture, skills-based hiring, and workforce planningStakeholder EngagementBuild strong partnerships with HR Business Partners, business leaders, and cross-functional stakeholdersAlign recruiting strategies to business priorities across diverse functions (engineering, manufacturing, corporate, etc.)Represent Talent Acquisition in regional and global leadership forumsAbout YouStrategic thinker with strong business acumen and a data-driven approach to decision-makingProven ability to lead geographically dispersed teams in a complex, global environmentStrong executive communication and influencing skillsAbility to operate at both strategic and operational levelsYour Experience Includes12+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, including global or multi-region leadershipExperience leading Talent Acquisition across Americas and/or EMEA marketsDemonstrated success scaling recruiting operations in complex, high-volume and specialized hiring environmentsExperience partnering with senior leaders on workforce planning and talent strategyStrong understanding of recruiting technologies, systems, and data analyticsYou Might Also HaveExperience in technology, manufacturing, or global enterprise environmentsExposure to AI-driven talent solutions and skills-based hiring initiativesExperience leading large-scale transformation initiatives within HR or Talent AcquisitionFamiliarity with global compliance, immigration, and cross-border hiring practicesLocation:This position follows an onsite work structure, requiring a minimum of 3-4 days per week onsite. On-site cultural festivals, celebrations, and community volunteer opportunities also abound.The estimated base salary range for this position is $165,000 - $244,000. The individual salary is based on work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.Seagate offers comprehensive benefits to its eligible employees, including, but not limited to eligibility to participate in discretionary bonus program, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, short-and long-term disability, 401(k), employee stock purchase plan, health savings account, dependent care, and healthcare spending accounts.
