The candidate selected for this role will be an employee of Corestaff with a placement at Porsche Cars North America in Atlanta, GA.Position overview:The HR Systems & Projects Manager serves as the North American subject matter expert and primary administrator for HR systems, with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors, ADP and JIRA. This role partners closely with the Porsche Group Companies of North America (PGCNA) HR team and key stakeholders to continuously improve the HR processes, employee experience, data integrity, compliance, and organizational effectiveness. This role also owns and leads HR project management efforts, ensuring successful delivery of system implementations, integrations and process optimization initiatives from requirements through execution. Roles & responsibilities:Serve as the primary system administrator and product owner for SAP SuccessFactors across all North American Porsche entities.Act as the North American liaison to PAG for SuccessFactors related topics, enhancements and governanceProvide ongoing system support, troubleshooting, and user assistanceManage role-based permissions, security roles, and access controlsMaintain and manage company structure, legal entitles, positions, job codes, competencies and support organizational changesEnsure data integrity and accuracySuccessFactors Modules:Employee CentralPerformance Management and Goal ManagementRecruitingSuccession and CalibrationLearning (LMS)Targets and GoalsReportingDevelopmentADP System Management:Own and manage ADP general employee data and system configurationMaintain and support SSO provisioningOversee integration between ADP, SuccessFactors and The Work Number, including onboarding, data changes and terminationsProcess Optimization and Project ManagementServe as the Project Manager for HR-led initiatives and strategic projects, including system implementation and process improvements.Lead efficiency and process optimization projectsParticipates in source-to-pay activities – RFP writing and review, vendor selection, contract/SO review, purchase requisition and purchase order generation, and invoice review and processingBudget and timeline tracking of project deliverablesDirects activities of internal and external resources in the execution of projectsEnsure project tasks are completed.Escalates issues and risks to management.Works closely with IT, Procurement, Controlling and Porsche AG in the deployment of assigned projectsReporting, Analytics and Executive SupportOwn HR reporting and presentations, including:Monthly, ad-hoc and automated reportsExecutive reportingMonthly KPI dashboardsGathers and consolidates data from HR systems to support departmental reportingHR Operations ManagementManage and support HR operational processesManage the HR Shared Services Coordinator, including oversight of onboarding, invoice processing, purchase orders, accruals, background checks, and complianceManage and support the HR Support Desk (JIRA)Education:Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a focus in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields Experience:5+ years of experience in HRIS, HR Operations, or HR Technology with demonstrated ownership of enterprise HR systems5+ years of hands-on experience as a SuccessFactors administrator, including ownership of multiple modules (in particular PM/GM)3+ years’ experience with ADP Workforce Now – PreferredDemonstrated ownership of HR project managementAdministrator experience for role-based permissions setup and documentationSuperior knowledge of process mapping and process implementation involving highly confidential dataSuccessFactors implementation experience preferredExperience in a multi-entity, matrix or global organizationSuccessFactors certifications – PreferredADP Certifications - PreferredProject Management certification – PreferredSkills:Strong analytical and technical skills, particularly with SuccessFactorsGeneral knowledge of Human Resources operationsChange-management skills and knowledgeStrong project management and time management skillsStrong communicator with the ability to communicate to a wide variety of interest groupsAdvanced knowledge in MS Office SuiteHigh attention to detailExceptional teamwork skills with willingness to “roll up sleeves” to get the job doneAbility to handle strict confidential informationGerman language a plusCompetencies:Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracyAbility to multi-task and handle multiple prioritiesProblem solving - technical knowledge and decision-making skillsCommunication - strong written and verbal communication as well as presentation skillsTeamwork - ability to interact with of all levels of the organizationPlanning and organization - time management skills to meet deadlinesPhysical requirementsMust be able to lift 15 pounds at times.While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to talk, hear, walk, sit, stand, climb stairs on occasion with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to effectively work and complete tasks in an open office/noisy environment.
