Ellsworth Music Supply and Repair Part-Time Staff MemberEllsworth Music Supply and Repair is seeking a fun and professional part-time staff member to help administer our Charles Town, WV music school. This staff member will serve as the primary point of contact for our students, families, and teachers to ensure the smooth functioning of our day-to-day operations. Must be able to work evenings and Saturdays.Primary responsibilities include:New client registrationClient scheduling & billingTeacher schedulingAnswer calls & emailsReception, during teaching hoursSocial media & marketingCare of the studio spaces/light cleaning/tidyingThe successful candidate will be an organized, motivated self-starter with a strong customer service mindset. A demonstrated interest in music and music education would be an asset. Pay is commensurate with experience and will be in the range of $20-23/hour.
