You will: Lead development of acore front-end application, from concept to delivery. Collaborate closely withback-end and full-stack engineersto build seamless, high-performing systems. Conductcode reviewsand provide technical guidance to other developers. Design and developmodern React applicationswith clean, scalable, and maintainable code. Implementfront-end best practicesfor performance, accessibility, and responsiveness. Stay current with emerging tools and frameworks in the JavaScript ecosystem .This is a leadership role for ahands-on front-end expertwho can think strategically, code efficiently, and mentor confidently. Requirements7+ yearsof professional web development experience.2+ yearsof solid, production-level Reactexperience. Strong understanding ofmodern JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and React ecosystem. Deep experience withstate management , component composition, andperformance optimization. Hands-on knowledge ofNext.js, Redux, React Query, or similar libraries. Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).Aproactive mindset —you make things happen rather than wait for direction.
