Captivation is looking for software developers who can get stuff done while making a difference in support of the mission to protect our country.DescriptionCaptivation Software is looking for a senior level test engineer who shall be responsible for testing and validating HPC systems in accordance with test plans to ensure that system requirements are met.RequirementsSecurity Clearance:Must currently hold a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable Polygraph, therefore all candidates must be a U.S. citizenMinimum Qualifications:Eight (8) years' experience as a TE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required.Bachelor's degree in Math, Science, Engineering, Statistics, Engineering Management, or related discipline form an accredited college or university is requiredFour (4) years of additional TE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.Required Skills:Experience using Linux CLI and the Linux suite of toolsProficient using Bash/Python scripting for task automationExperience developing and executing test plans for HPC systemsExperience integrating and testing REST APIs related to HPC systemsExperience creating complex database queries to analyze test data across various database platforms including SQL, and SplunkDemonstrated experience in defect tracking and resolution processesExperience analyzing logs and test results using data visualization tools such as Splunk, Kibana, and GrafanaExperience with CI/CD principles, methodologies, and tools including GitLab CIDesired Skills:Experience with the Atlassian Tool Suite (JIRA, Confluence)Familiar with Splunk for searching, monitoring, and analyzing machine generated dataFamiliar with SAFe Agile principles, methodologies, and best practicesExperience with IaC principles and automation tools including AnsibleExperience with Git Source Control SystemThis position is open for direct hires only.
