About the Opportunity:The Sr. Program Manager (AI) will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex AI and data science programs. This role is responsible for managing cross-functional initiatives that align with organizational objectives, ensuring AI solutions are developed and deployed effectively. The position plays a critical role in coordinating teams across engineering, product, data, and business functions to deliver high-impact technology programs. The role is fully remote within the United States.3. Responsibilities:• Lead the full lifecycle of Predictive and Generative AI programs from intake to deployment• Validate AI solutions for accuracy, quality, compliance, and business impact• Collaborate with AI/ML scientists, data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and dependencies• Act as the central coordinator for AI delivery, identifying and mitigating risks and blockers• Translate business needs into technical requirements for AI/ML teams and assist in prioritizing workstreams using Agile methods• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations• Maintain accountability to core competencies and organizational values• Manage exposure to PHI sensitive data as part of a high-risk role• Perform additional duties as assigned4. Requirements:• Minimum 7 years of experience in technical program management, software engineering, or related technical roles, with at least 2 years focused on GenAI/ML• Strong preference for experience in healthcare-related AI/ML projects• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional technical programs from start to finish• Experience delivering AI/ML use cases such as predictive modeling, NLP, or LLM-based features• Knowledge of the AI/ML lifecycle including data preparation, model training, validation, and deployment• Effective collaboration skills across AI/ML, engineering, and business teams• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s degree preferred5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• Salary range: $140,000 to $150,000, with offers based on education, experience, skills, work location, and internal equity• Eligible for health insurance, 401(k) plan, and bonus opportunities6.
