Real Estate Commercial Sales Agent

Small growing law firm and separate title agency located in Altamonte Springs has an opening for a part-time or full-time real estate attorney in their Orlando office. Coordinating due diligence for a variety of commercial and residential real estate transactions,- Reviewing and summarizing title commitments and surveys-Working closely with Attorneys, Buyers and Sellers to clear title and obtain title policies- Reviewing and summarizing UCC, judgment, tax and other lien searches-Preparing and filing a variety of documents, including, deeds, mortgages, memoranda of leases, UCC financing statements, etc.-Obtaining permits and other documents- Preparing closing checklists and coordinate the closing process for various transactions commercial and residential real estate transactions-Ability to draft and review business/real estate contractsAbility to review surveys and provide a detailed analysisAssist/draft easements for right of way, ingress/egrees, billboards, for parcel splits, etc.Review/Red-line Purchase Sale Agreements for both Real Estate and BusinessesDraw up contracts;5-10 years of commercial/residential real estate and business law experience, preferably in a small law firm setting, an in-house legal department or a title companyAbility to multi-task and prioritize assignments while delivering consistent, quality work product to both attorneys and clientsAbility to work with little supervision and to seek help when neededJob Type: Full-timePay: From $1.00 per hourLanguage:* English (Required)
