Behavior Technician

We are currently seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician. In this role, you will work one-on-one with individuals, primarily children, diagnosed with autism or developmental disabilities.
Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will:
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans
Collect data during sessions to track progress
Assist in the development of individualized treatment goals
Support skill-building in areas such as communication, social interaction, and daily living
Collaborate with the treatment team to provide feedback and progress reports
Utilize applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors
Maintain accurate and timely session notes and documentation
The candidate we are looking for will have:
Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
A high school diploma or equivalent
Compassion and patient approach when working with children
Reliable transportation
RBT Certification (Strongly preferred)
