Adecco is currently seeking a Wire Harness Assembler for a leading manufacturer in Lititz, PA. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team with the potential for permanent employment. Pay rate $18.33Position SummaryAs a Wire Harness Assembler, you will assemble wire harnesses for electronic products by cutting, stripping, labeling, terminating, and routing wires according to work instructions and engineering diagrams. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work while following established safety and quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesCut, strip, label, and terminate wiresAssemble and route wire harnesses using diagrams and hand toolsPerform crimping, soldering, connector assembly, and quality testingOperate assembly equipment and testing machinesFollow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standardsMaintain required IPC certifications and complete production documentationStrong attention to detail and manual dexterityAbility to read and follow work instructions and diagramsExperience with hand tools and assembly work is a plus Pay Details: $18.33 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
