Assembler | The Will GroupThe Will Group is hiring an Assembler to join our production team.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a team environment, and takes pride in quality craftsmanship.In this role, you’ll assemble electrical and electronic systems, work from blueprints and schematics, support shipping preparation, and help maintain the high standards our customers expect.What You’ll Be DoingAssembling components, wiring, and support structuresReading blueprints and technical drawingsInspecting products for quality and functionalityBuilding specialty wooden shipping cratesSupporting production across multiple workstationsMaintaining a clean and safe work environmentWhat We’re Looking ForAssembly or manufacturing experience preferredExperience with hand tools, power tools, or soldering is a plusStrong attention to detailDependability and teamworkAbility to work in a fast-paced production environmentCompensation & BenefitsGood Faith Salary Range: The annual starting salary for this position is between $19 to $23 per hour.
