About The RoleWe’re hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to increase the speed and quality of our marketing execution.Right now, we have more opportunity than we can execute on. This role exists to turn ideas into campaigns, campaigns into pipeline, and pipeline into revenue.You will own campaigns end-to-end—from concept to launch to iteration.This is not a coordination role. You will build.What You’ll DoLaunch marketing campaigns across email, content, and distribution channelsWrite high-quality marketing assets (emails, landing pages, content)Own execution in HubSpot (workflows, lists, campaigns, reporting)Improve lead follow-up and nurture to increase conversionWork directly with sales and CS to support pipeline and revenue goalsShip quickly, measure results, and iterateWhat We’re Looking For4–7 years in B2B marketingYou’ve owned campaigns, not just contributed to themStrong writer—clear, concise, and conversion-focusedHands-on with HubSpot or similar toolsHigh agency—you don’t wait for instructionsComfortable operating in a fast-moving, low-structure environmentWhat Matters In This RoleOutput: how much you shipQuality: how well it performsOwnership: how independently you operateWhat This Role Is NotNot a pure content roleNot a junior coordinatorNot a strategy-only position
