Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Greater Philadelphia. In this position, the selected candidate will be responsible for delivering an elevated client shopping experience by maintaining visual merchandising standards, driving sales through personalized engagement, and assisting in store operations. Day-to-day tasks will include managing inventory, fostering a client-first environment, and collaborating with the team to achieve business goals. This role requires developing an understanding of Aritzia’s brand ethos and product offerings to provide exceptional service. Qualifications Proven skills in customer service, client relationship management, and personalized engagementStrong skills in visual merchandising, inventory management, and ensuring brand presentation standardsAbility to work effectively in a high-paced, team-oriented environmentExcellent communication, interpersonal skills, and leadership capabilitiesDemonstrated passion for fashion, styling, and providing exceptional customer experiencesFlexibility with working hours, including weekends and peak retail periodsPrevious experience in retail or a related field is an assetCommitment to embodying Aritzia’s values of integrity, innovation, and quality
