This is a strategic, consultative sales role focused on helping customers modernize laboratory operations, accelerate digital transformation initiatives, and unlock the transformative value of AI across the laboratory enterprise.The ideal candidate brings deep experience selling complex SaaS or enterprise technology solutions into life sciences or regulated industries and is excited to learn and evangelize Scitara’s differentiated AI-native platform and its impact on scientific productivity, data utilization, and operational efficiency.You will play a critical role in expanding Scitara’s footprint within strategic accounts, developing new opportunities, and partnering with our ecosystem of instrument and informatics vendors to deliver transformational customer outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and drive the full sales cycle for enterprise opportunities across the Americas regionDevelop and execute strategic account plans for target pharmaceutical, biotech, and industrial customersPosition Scitara DLX as the foundational platform for laboratory digital transformation and AI enablement initiativesCommunicate the differentiated value of Scitara’s AI-native architecture and its impact on scientific productivity, automation, and data-driven decision makingEngage senior stakeholders including CIO, CTO, Digital, Quality, Manufacturing, and Scientific leadershipPartner closely with Marketing and the Partner Organization to generate pipeline and execute go-to-market programsLead discovery conversations to align customer business challenges with Scitara solutions and measurable business valueDeliver compelling executive presentations, solution overviews, and demonstrationsCollaborate with Solutions Consulting, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful deal progression and customer outcomesCreate proposals, SaaS agreements, subscription orders, and statements of work in coordination with internal stakeholdersMaintain accurate pipeline and opportunity data in CRM systemsConsistently exceed revenue targets, pipeline objectives, and sales productivity metricsDeliver an exceptional buying experience that converts prospects into long-term Scitara customersQualifications and ExperienceProven track record of enterprise software or SaaS sales success, preferably in life sciences, laboratory informatics, or regulated industriesExperience selling complex, multi-stakeholder solutions with long sales cyclesInterest in AI technologies and ability to communicate AI-driven business value to customers (prior AI sales experience is a plus but not required)Familiarity with laboratory environments, scientific instrumentation, or informatics ecosystems strongly preferredDemonstrated ability to build executive relationships and navigate large enterprise organizationsStrong consultative and value-based selling skillsExcellent presentation, communication, and negotiation capabilitiesHighly organized, self-motivated, and able to operate effectively in a fast-growing company environmentBachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferredWhy Join ScitaraCategory-defining platform transforming how laboratories operateLead the market transition to AI-enabled laboratoriesTriple-digit growth with strong enterprise momentumBacked by leading investors and trusted by Fortune 500 companiesCollaborative, mission-driven culture focused on scientific impactCompetitive base salary, incentive compensation, and equity
