As a leading global supplier to on-highway and off-road OEMs, VOSS Automotive specializes in the design and manufacture of Diesel Exhaust Fluid Lines, Coolant Lines, Air Suspension Lines and Fittings, Fuel Lines, and Quick Connect Systems.We are currently seeking a strategic and experienced leader for the following role:Position: Supply Chain Director- USMCALocation: Fort Wayne, INPosition OverviewThe Supply Chain Director – USMCA will lead and optimize supply chain operations across the United States and Mexico. This role is responsible for developing integrated strategies, driving operational excellence, and ensuring alignment with corporate objectives while delivering strong financial and service performance.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic LeadershipDevelop and execute a unified supply chain strategy across U.S. and Mexico operationsManage departmental budgets to ensure cost efficiency and financial performanceBuild and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholdersAct as a key liaison between U.S. and Mexico teams to ensure alignment and consistencyLead, coach, and develop high-performing supply chain teamsRepresent the organization internally and externally, promoting strategic initiatives and capabilitiesProcurement & Vendor ManagementOversee purchasing operations and ensure compliance with corporate policies and regional regulationsNegotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to maximize value and performanceEvaluate supplier performance and develop new sourcing strategies as neededMonitor inbound freight costs and implement cost-reduction initiativesLogistics & Material FlowManage inbound and outbound logistics across North AmericaOptimize transportation, freight modes, and cross-border processesEnsure on-time, in-full delivery to customers in both countriesDrive improvements in lead time, delivery performance, and logistics efficiencyInventory & Asset ManagementImplement inventory strategies to balance working capital and service levelsReduce excess and obsolete inventory while maintaining high fulfillment ratesOversee warehouse operations, space utilization, and compliance standardsEnhance cross-border inventory visibility and reportingPerformance & ReportingEstablish and track KPIs across supply chain functionsProvide regular reporting on costs, supplier performance, and inventory accuracyEnsure compliance with trade regulations and company policiesLead cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency and integrationCollaboration & CompliancePartner with global teams, including headquarters in GermanySupport Quality and Environmental Management SystemsContribute to continuous improvement initiatives and sustainability effortsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)8+ years of progressive supply chain experience, including 3+ years in leadershipStrong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skillsProven track record of cost reduction and operational improvementExcellent leadership and communication abilitiesExperience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred)It's a very exciting time right now at VOSS as we have been awarded one of Indiana's Best Employers for ten years by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce.Join a team where innovation, collaboration, and growth are at the forefront.www.vossusa.comJ-18808-Ljbffr
