This person will serve as a trusted partner to our users-supporting them through onboarding, training, and long-term adoption of our platform.What You'll DoAs a Customer Success Specialist at Tuvoli, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers succeed with our products. You'll:Guide new charter operators and brokers through onboarding and implementationDeliver engaging product training to drive adoption and satisfactionProvide responsive, thoughtful support to users via Zendesk (email, chat, phone)Troubleshoot issues and escalate effectively when neededMaintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and advocating for their successParticipate in product testing and feedback loops to improve the user experienceShare on-call duties with the team Communicate clearly and patiently across a wide range of user backgrounds and technical levelsCollaborate with internal teams to drive customer-focused improvementsWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who's customer-obsessed, resourceful, and eager to be part of a growing team.
