In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our bathroom remodeling projects by managing incoming materials, preparing job kits, and ensuring our warehouse stays clean, organized, and fully stocked. You’ll work closely with the supply chain and production teams to ensure every job has the right materials - on time and ready to go. Recognized as the “Best Kitchen & Bath Remodeler” by SD Best for 2022, 2023, 2004 and 2025, and as the fastest-growing bathroom remodeling company in Southern California, we want YOU to be part of our journey! Check out our awesome team on Instagram: @shugarmansbathOur Services: Wet Area Remodeling (Showers, Tubs & Walk-in Tubs)Reports to: This position reports directly to the Supply Chain ManagerWhat You’ll Do: Receive all materials required for productioninspect product for damageinspect product for accuracyinform supply chain of missing items/damagesMaintain proper levels of inventory and raw materialscomplete weekly checks of inventory and suppliesrelay information to supply chain on what is needed to orderPrepare materials for productionprepare all materials necessary for a specific job, and make it available for the installers to load up.inform the supply chain of any missing items, and find alternate solutions.field calls from installers in the field to check on product availability for them.Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehousekeep all materials organized and labeledkeep warehouse floors clean and easy to walk throughkeep office areas clean (office trash, bathrooms, kitchen area)Label and track inventory using our warehouse management systemSupport delivery drivers with unloading materialsFollow all safety protocols and company proceduresOperate warehouse equipment such as forklift.Must be able to drive for company-related tasks as needed.
