The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing media relations, content creation, crisis communications, and thought leadership initiatives. This role involves close collaboration with executive leadership to align communication strategies with the company's objectives, as well as leading and mentoring a dynamic communications team to foster growth and excellence in execution. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 10 years' experience in communications or public relations, with a preference for those with 12 years' experience. The role requires proven leadership skills, exceptional writing and editing abilities, and expertise in media relations, crisis communications, and strategic messaging. The Head of Communications will also be tasked with developing innovative internal communication strategies to engage employees and strengthen organizational culture, as well as monitoring and analyzing performance metrics to optimize communication efforts.
