We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish) Intake Specialist to join our team.ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming callsHandle potential client intake inquiries from English and Spanish speaking callersAssist with Spanish to English translations with clients and callersAssist all callers by providing polite and professional assistance via phone, e-mail, or mailPromote the advantages of the Carter Mario BrandSchedule client meetingsPrepare correspondenceTimely data entry and general administrative supportAssist with front desk coverage as neededRequirementsFully fluent (speaking, writing, & reading) in English and SpanishCustomer service experience preferably in a call center environmentExperience as an administrative assistant in an in-office environmentExceptional phone etiquette with friendly demeanorProfessional verbal and written communication skillsTyping speed of 60+ WPMSelf-starter with proven ability to effectively perform in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail, grammar, and punctuationAbility to be a team player and work independentlyMedical or legal terminology knowledge a plusOrganized, reliable work ethicProficient typing skills to navigate various software programs, phone systems, the internet, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and Adobe.We foster a team culture in which our staff members are encouraged and supported.
