Senior Manufacturing Engineer (CNC Programming)
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field preferred.5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in CNC machining or aerospace manufacturing environments.Need Aerospace Manufacturing experience Must have extensive experience with Aerospace manufacturing process development and process improvement.Must have experience working with large flight-critical parts and components.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and maintain process routers, BOMs, setup documentation, and manufacturing instructions within the ERP system.Develop and optimize CNC machining processes, tooling, fixtures, and workholding solutions to meet quality and production requirements.Support New Product Introduction (NPI), First Article activities, and shop floor troubleshooting while ensuring customer schedules are achieved.Drive continuous improvement, root cause corrective actions (RCCA), and cost reduction initiatives related to manufacturing operations.Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Toolroom teams to improve manufacturing efficiency and resolve technical issues.
