Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fast-paced dining and bowling environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and have experience in the food service. Hiring lane servers for weekends and day dining servers. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS system. Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials, to assist guests in making informed choices. Serve food and beverages efficiently while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any special requests or dietary restrictions. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction. Assist with food preparation as needed Experience Previous experience as a Server is necessary Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests. Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation regulations is essential. Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy are required.
