Position overview
We are hiring dependable Sanitation / Janitorial Associates to support a food-production facility. This role is critical to daily operations and requires strong attendance, reliability, and a serious work mindset. This is not light office cleaning — candidates must be comfortable working in an industrial environment with food-production equipment and strong cleaning chemicals. Responsibilities
Perform thorough sanitation and cleaning of food-production areas and machinery
Use industrial cleaning chemicals, heavy foaming sprays, and foamers safely and correctly
Follow sanitation procedures, safety standards, and training protocols at all times
Clean and sanitize equipment according to food-production and GMP standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Work scheduled shifts consistently (day or night) and support team production needs

Requirements
Reliable attendance is required — must show up 5 days/week, especially during the first weeks
History of no-shows or frequent job-hopping may disqualify candidates
Strong sanitation or janitorial background required, preferably in:
Industrial settings
Food production or manufacturing facilities
Experience with cleaning chemicals, foaming sprays, foamers, and sanitation processes
Comfortable working with strong chemicals and industrial equipment
Willingness to learn, follow training, and adapt to different cleaning processes
Team-player attitude with a strong work ethic — must genuinely want this role
Must have own vehicle or very reliable transportation (Uber/Lyft acceptable)
Pay: $16.50 per hour
