Full Time Building Technician

Full-time Building Maintenance Technician position in Columbus, Beaver Dam, and Saukville, WI. Hours are 7 AM–5 PM, Monday–Thursday, with rotating on-call, paying $24–$26/hour plus benefits.Responsibilities include general repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC), preventative maintenance, property upkeep, landscaping, snow removal, emergency response, and ensuring compliance with HUD and local codes. Assist with unit turnovers and inspections.Qualifications: High school diploma or GED preferred, 2+ years of maintenance experience, knowledge of building systems, ability to read blueprints, perform manual labor, and hold a valid driver’s license.Benefits include medical/dental/vision insurance, PTO, holidays, 403(b), wellness programs, wage access, and more.
