The Sewing Machine Operator will operate industrial sewing machines to create, assemble, or repair various products according to specifications. Responsibilities include ensuring quality control, maintaining and troubleshooting machinery, adhering to safety protocols, and collaborating effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure production goals are met.QualificationsProficiency in Machine Operation and use of Hand Tools for sewing tasksKnowledge of Quality Control practices to ensure products meet required standardsUnderstanding of Machinery maintenance, troubleshooting, and safe operationStrong Communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team membersAttention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environmentPrior experience as a sewing machine operator is a plus
