Perform physical therapy evaluations and develop plans of care Deliver therapeutic interventions including mobility, gait, and functional training Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on patient care and discharge planning Qualifications: EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING Bachelor/ Masters/ Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy. Current state Physical Therapy license.
