Travel Physical Therapist - Outpatient

American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a 13-week outpatient/acute inpatient contract in Arizona, with at least 1 year of experience and active BLS certification required.Job Details• Outpatient and acute inpatient physical therapy setting,• Patient population includes general orthopedic, neurological, BPPV, vestibular, and falls diagnoses,• Typical caseload of 8-10 patients per day,• Charting performed in Cerner EMR,• Day shifts with hours varying between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM, typically 8-hour shifts,• No holiday coverage required; weekend requirements to be specified,• PTAs are available to support the department,Job Requirements• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required,• Active PT license required if applicable; pending licenses will not be accepted,• Active BLS certification required; pending certifications will not be accepted,• EMR experience required,• Driver's license required for consideration,• 2 professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years, including dates of employment and eligibility for rehire,Additional Information• Orientation includes introduction to the environment, departmental processes, and Cerner EMR,• Candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to qualify for travel pay rates, as determined by permanent address on driver's license,• Candidates who have been directly employed (full-time, part-time, or PRN) by any CommonSpirit, CHI, or Dignity Health facility within the past year are not eligible; candidates who worked PRN through an outside staffing firm will be considered,
