Job Title: Program ManagerLocation: Austin, TX (Onsite)Experience Required 5-8 Years OnlyEngagement Type: Long Term ContractOverviewManage mini sustaining projects, qualification activities, and optic module procurement/allocation for multiple projectsDrive cross-functional coordination, project planning, budgeting, and stakeholder managementKey ResponsibilitiesManage project priorities, schedules, and timelinesCoordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, and suppliersTrack project progress, sample readiness, and test execution schedulesPrepare purchase requests using Ariba Smart Buy, approve invoices, and manage budget programsLead project team meetings, provide regular status updates, and present to stakeholdersUpdate program status in Jira/Confluence and present in Ops reviewsProcure and allocate optic modules, manage inventory, and track purchase ordersGather project requirements by collaborating with Engineering Program Managers (EPMs) to compile optical module needs for each upcoming quarterCross-check current requirements against previous quarters to track availability and address ongoing gapsQualificationsMinimum 5+ years of experience in project management, procurement, or supply chain operationsStrong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities, deliver on tight timelines, and work independentlyProficiency with spreadsheets, procurement systems, and tools like Jira/ConfluenceFamiliarity with DVT testing processes and hardware/manufacturing environments is a plus
