About the job Remote Data Entry Operator (Part-time) We are hiring for temporary Data Entry Operator positions for our private-sector school located immunization program, Health Hero. As a Data Entryemployee for Health Hero, you will be responsible for navigating Medicaid, ClaimMD, and other apps to find and verify eligibility for health insurances. This position will begin onNovember, 2022and end between the end of November to mid-December.Job Requirements1 year of data entry and billing experienceAbility to work a full-time 40-hour work week. Varied shifts available.Prior experience with private health insurance preferred, including Medicaid and MCO insuranceExperience in eligibility verification in insurance portals including Medicaid and ClaimMD is preferredUnderstanding of how to determine eligibility with different factorsExperience with HIPAA complianceDesire and ability to adhere to Health Heros core values and high standard of customer service every dayLocated in Jacksonville, FL, area (but able to work from home)Must have a secure and reliable internet connection (at least 25mbps)Ability to successfully complete a background check, drug screen, and reference check before startingSkills and AbilitiesAbility to be a self-starter and work independentlyDetail-oriented and accuracy-drivenStrong technical and computer skills, specifically Microsoft ExcelExceptional typing and communication skillsGreat interpersonal skills and great attitude that is contagious and can do#J-18808-Ljbffr
