Technical Advertiser Solutions Consultant
Our client is looking for a CW, Technical Advertiser Solutions Consultant to join our client as a member of the Technical Advertiser Solutions team, you will perform deep analyses on client campaigns. Working from either our New York or LA office (preference for New York), you’ll collaborate with our SMC Sales team to drive revenue and performance for advertisers on Snap.What you’ll doServe as a point of contact for SMC sales teams by providing case management/resolution, strategic coordination and operational planning across our ads ecosystemBe an expert on our client’s ad platform; use data to provide solutions on ad delivery, measurement, performance, and campaign optimization queriesProvide excellent email and video call communication to advertisers, agencies, and client's Sales teams on client’s self-serve ad product suite with clear and timely communication, quality deliverables, and innovative solutionsPerform proactive and reactive analyses of campaign delivery in order to increase performance and drive revenue based on our account health scoreServe as the main point of contact for auction trends for local sales teams by providing onboarding, ongoing support, and proactive strategy planningEducate and train internal Sales teams on campaign management strategies and performance improvements based on advertiser goalsInform, influence, and execute new quality strategies and tactics using sound analysis and impact metrics to support your positionsMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Marketing, Advertising, STEM, or related field5+ years experience in digital advertising, including but not limited to technical troubleshooting, campaign optimization, and measurementPreferred QualificationsExperience with SMB sales and service and running operations at scaleExperience communicating with executives and senior leadership/managementProven project management and process improvement skills; identifying problems areas, designing solutions, and driving them to completionAdvanced Javascript/HTML5/CSS3/Python skills for troubleshooting complex issues with advertiser integrations with our platformAdvanced understanding of APIs and server integrationsMastery of tracking pixels and third-party measurement of digital advertising campaigns2+ years working in a solutions/technical AM role as part of a revenue driven environmentExperience working with ad agencies, brand, and performance advertisers and SalesAble to work independently while also operating as a collaborative team playerDemonstrable track record of preparing and leading trainingsAbility to explain complex solutions in an easy to understand and engaging mannerCustomer-driven with a passion for supporting our client and BusinessesProduct expert, know client’s advertising products inside out.
