About the Role: As an HR Business Partner, you will collaborate with leadership across the Restaurant Support Center and Field Operations to drive business results through strategic people initiatives. You'll consult on workforce planning, talent development, and performance management while using HR data to inform decisions. By aligning talent strategies with company goals and fostering employee engagement, you'll help create a culture of growth and development. Your role will also involve guiding a team of employee relations experts and ensuring the effective delivery of core HR processes to support organizational success. Responsibilities: Partner with leadership (Restaurant Support Center and Field) to consult on people related matters (such as workforce planning, cost competitiveness, performance management, talent & development management) to drive business results as well as promote employee engagement and a culture of continuous growth and development. Analyze, monitor, and utilize internal/external HR metrics and trends (including data on retention, employee experience, employee relations cases, promotion rates, etc.) to make data driven decisions and create systemic improvements recommendations with partnership with HR centers of excellence, in order to identify challenges and solutions. Align talent strategy and leadership succession planning with the company business objectives by making recommendations, decisions and empower the business to develop their talent needed to support future growth. Ensure consistent delivery of core HR processes through close partnership with the operational business leaders; inclusive of annual performance reviews, compensation planning, talent reviews focused on succession planning, employee growth and development, and organizational health priorities. Lead a team of employee relations subject matter experts to proactively increase employee engagement through their partnership with above restaurant and store leadership; support their career growth through coaching and development of their leadership and leadership skills. Be an Ambassador of Din Tai Fung’s purpose, mission and values through your leadership and seeking opportunities to reinforce them within your team member and in interactions with colleagues. As the liaison between RSC and Field Operations, foster collaboration and understanding through effective stakeholder management and sharing feedback on initiatives to strengthen the partnership and deliver business results. Role Competencies: Situational adaptability, Cultivates innovation, Drives vision and purpose, Attracts top talent, Strategic mindset Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university preferred 10+ years of work experience; 7+ years of HR experience; 4+ years of HR leadership experience; previous hospitality experience preferred and/or support of hourly workforce experience. Must have strong, consultative experience and project management skills with business leaders/teams within an organization. Proven ability to productively influence others and led a team of HR Professionals Ability to drive and manage multiple projects to completion with desired outcomes, while also having the ability to be flexible and pivot based on our strategic growth initiatives Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills; must be willing to travel within market as needed up to 50% NOTE: This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee occupying the position.
