We put the Field First!Summary:Responsible for the safe and successful completion of all public infrastructure labor tasksQualifications:Experience* 0-3 years of public infrastructure experience or related is preferredLicense or CertificationValid driver license issued by the state where employed requiredCDL license or willingness to train / earn a CDL is preferredTraffic control certification or able to obtainEssential Duties:Perform infrastructure maintenance tasks including, but not limited to striping, painting, thermoplastic road marking, sign repairs, proactive sign maintenance, crack sealing, asphalt repairs and seasonal snow maintenanceUnderstand and implement job specifications for each siteComplete daily paperwork timely and accuratelyAssess equipment operation issues and effectively communicate repair needs to shop personnelEncourage and maintain safe working conditions by promoting Companys Culture of Safety, including but not limited to reinforcing bi-weekly safety tailgate meetings and ensuring proper personal protective equipment usageEnsure adherence to company policiesTotal RewardsAt Monarch, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage, and retain top talent.
